We are proud to serve the guests who choose to come and stay @ La Kiva Hotel and Convention Center in Amarillo, Texas. We realize that no matter how hard we try, we are always going to have the critics out there that choose to negatively make comments, most of them unwarranted, about our unique hotel. We offer to these people, and to the entire world of the Internet, a different perspective. We will take actual comments and people, whose names will not be mentioned due to our policy of strict confidentiality and privacy, the comments that we receive each and every day. These comments and hotel reviews will be posted here in an effort to dispel the negativity of some of the well known reporting entities involved on the world wide web of Google, Yahoo, Bing and the other major search engines of the Internet.

We are not here to condemn, criticize or complain about those that do not like our services; however, in order to be perfectly fair and impartial, we will state actual comments from our guests to show that most of the people who stay with us @ La Kiva are satisfied with their stay, and will choose to come back time and time again.

We sincerely trust that our comments shared on the web will be taken in the same way that it is meant to be. We are here to state our customers comments, suggestions and reviews in the most positive and creative way that we possibly can do this. We will never share personal or private information about our guests in any way, and trust that our faithful readers and followers will know this as fact.

We defend our right to publicly and positively advertise and market La Kiva in a fair and equitable manner. We will never post untrue statements about our hotel in any way, and trust that our guests will know this in dealing with us.

We will take no part in negatively talking, nor writing writing about the "less than positive" reviews posted on systems like TripAdvisor.com, Priceline.come or any of the other more popular entities concerning travel and hotel accommodations. We feel that many times, their comments are unjustified and unwarranted, and we will do our very best to treat them as they should be treated, with not much notice at all. It is unfortunate that many times, in our hotel industry, there are those that stoop to depths of unscrupulous behavior simply to make money. We at La Kiva do not operate our business in that manner.
